Eureka 7 is a masterpiece Anime with an amazing story, brilliant artwork and great voicework (japanese anyway). Eureka7 follows the boring life of Renton who dreams of a more exciting life, such as the one of his Hero Holland, a Professional Wave Rider and Leader of a Rebellion called Gekko State. Problem is the Trappa Waves that cover The Earth don't even come to his boring town.

One day at his Grandfathers garage a Robot called Nirvash piloted by a young girl called Eureka crash lands and asks them for help. From here Renton is thrown into an epic journey where he discovers his feelings for this green haired girl, who are Gekko State and the Coralians, and a power deep within that will shape the future of more than just mankind.

Eureka 7 is the single most amazing piece of animation I've ever seen. It's emotional and funny, it'll make you laugh and cry. If people say cartoons are for children, they haven't seen this. Highly reccommended, but watch it in japanese as the voice actors are a lot more realistic and they convey the complex emotions better than the english.
