If you're a fan of Dylan Moran i hihgly reccommend this. He repeats a few jokes from Monster irritatingly and newcomers may not get his style of comedy, but if you like Dylan this is just as essential as Monster and arguably as good

I am an avid fan of the TV series Black Books and have been a fan of Dylan Moran since i saw him in How Do You Want Me many moons ago. I loved Monster his previous stand up DVD. It was a breath of fresh air across the comedy circuit. This DVD did not live up to expectations. It's ok but not in the same league as the rest of his repetoire. If you've seen monster you have nothing to gain from buying this DVD. If you like Dylan but have not seen his stand up before then buy Monster.

I thought Moran's first DVD, 'Monster', was probably the funniest stand-up I had ever seen. I still watch it regularly. So, when I heard there was a new one coming out, I rushed to get it. There are funny bits in it but there's too much of the incoherent pauses and non sequiters: they punctuated 'Monster', here, they seem to take over. The audience reaction on the DVD is quite telling, actually - very so-so. Also, there is only about 65 minutes of actual material on the DVD (the 'extra' bit is REALLY poor - less said the better). there are a few good things on it but it's like a very diluted version of the real thing. If you haven't come across Dylan Moran before and are wondering what to buy - buy 'Monster', absolutely brilliant!!!

This DVD is ridiculously funny. Dylan is extremely witty and intelligent with his various outlooks on life - dicussing moving to the country, Americans, Germany and children. He offers something very different from most stand up comedians and will leave you in tears! A terrific comedy all round.
