Le Donk & Scor-Zay-Zee is an improvised comedy, shot over five days by Shane Meadows, devised with and starring Paddy Considine. Rock roadie and failed musician, Le Donk (Considine) has lived, loved and learned (?). Along the way he's lost a girlfriend (Olivia Colman) and his life has turned to shit. But... he has found a new sidekick in up-and-coming Nottingham rap prodigy Scor-zay-zee (playing himself). With Meadows' fly-on-the-wall crew in tow, Donk sets out to make Scor-zay-zee (and himself) a star... with a little help from the Arctic Monkeys... This low-budget rockumentary follows Le Donk and Scorz on their journey of a lifetime; it's an unpredictable, irrepressible ode to spontaneous filmmaking - and to a burgeoning UK rap talent.

The concept isn't the only daft thing in this movie! At first its a little hard to get into it, the documentary feel of a movie about a fictional character but the director the film is infact a real person!
There's not a huge amount of story, it just follows Le Donk and his talent Scor-Zay-Zee for a few days leading up to a gig. Theres not a lot going on other than great humour. Le Donk is hilarious, he's a moron of a person but everything he says is comedy gold.
paddy considine does an amazing job, he plays the role perfectly and he makes it entertaining.

Overall: Despite the shorter than normal length for a movie, this is Great! There's laughs from start to finish, absolutely hilarious. It's a no brainer comedy.

 A Real Treat

Once again Shane Meadows makes a masterpiece and Paddy Considine is hilarious as a Davis Brent type character. This is one of the funniest films ive seen for a long time its a real feel good film and Scor-Zay-Zee is excellent in his movie debut. A must have for any fans of Shane Meadows and Paddy Considine.

I really liked this film, although it did dip in the middle a bit, but it did pick up again pretty quickly
There are some awsome comedy moments that are brilliantly done. Scor-Zay-Zee is a natural. Hope to see him other stuff in the future.Talented guy! Considine is superb as usual.

This is my first Shane Meadows film and to be honest I didn't know what to expect but found myself in sheer hysterics in places.. Awesome, would def recommend!!
