Das Boot is one of my favourate films and proberly my favourate war film, however this DVD is poorly put together.
The film is cut across two discs and to be evan more annoying they cut the film in the middle of a really intense piece of action. So while wondering whats going to happen when the crew of a U boat is being chased in the middle of this cat and mouse story I have to stop the film, change the discs and mess about with changing the language back to German and put the English subtitles on as I cannot bare to have it in English dubbing.
Truely great film highly recomended, however the interuption placed an annoying moment in watching the film. Five stars otherwise.
