I bought the DVD as i want to lose a few pounds before my 40th birthday (I am going to have a bikini body for Egypy if it kills me - and it propably will!!)

The different routines work every muscle in your body and boy do you know you have worked them after 20 minutes. The work out is varied enough to keep your interest and short enough to fit in to your daily routine so no excuses!

I bought hand weights (you will need these) weighing 1.5k each and a decent mat as i have a hard wooden floor. The overall cost of these including the DVD was 28.00 but it is much cheaper than a gym membership and I feel like i've worked out at the end, much tougher than the gym!

this is a hard workout dvd that targets all areas. you think it looks easy and you get alittle further into it you can feel areas of your body burning you never even knew exsisted. its amazing how fast you start to see results. the best and most affective dvd ive ever brought to date.

  How often should you do this workout a week??

I bought this DVD over a week ago and i can already feel the results. My hubby joined in doing these exercises and enjoyed it as well. It works your whole body and hopefully i will see the big results in a months time. Love having the step process as it means i can do it at my own speed. Some excellent tips along the way also. Would definately recommend this DVD "FANTASTIC"

I didn't want to rate this till I had used the DVD for a month, I'm glad that I waited!
I've lost nearly a stone and gone from a size 12 to a 8/10. My little boy is now one and not only am I now smaller than I was when I got pregnant but this has helped no end with toning up.
The short sessions used in this DVD tie in very nicely with my sons naps during the day and although the sessions are short they are very effective. Working through the 3 levels is very progressive and I now just do whichever one I feel like on the day, it's good to have choice!
I would recommend this DVD to anyone! Easy to follow, short sessions and more importantly great results!
I will be buying more DVD's from this trainer, it does exactly what it says it will! A********

I bought this DVD because of reading the reviews on this website. Everyone said this was a really good workout that gave you results. I've been doing it for 2-3 weeks and dieting, eating around 1200 calories a day and I have lost no weight what so ever? It says lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days and I've lost none AND I'm on level 2. I would say it was a good workout because it gets you sweating and aching and works all the different muscles but I've had no results, which is a bit disappointing :( Also Ab work doesn't burn many calories, I think there should be more cardio to burn calories and fat like she says you will.

I have just done this dvd today managed all three levels your supposed to progess from level one through to three but i just did not want to stop. Level one for the beginner it does have advanced moves on to follow tho very enjoyable. Level two now this is where you start to really sweat and again it has beginner and advanced options heart rate was really rising in this section and was starting to feel it. Level three now in this section Jillian is trying to kill you loved it my favourite level so far talk about sweat but if it's to much you can follow the easier option. A must have for all fitness levels brilliant for progession and Jillian is so motivational even when she is trying to kill you seriously though buy this it's brilliant!!!

This is awesome, it hurts to begin with but I was ok after day two on level one. Level two is a massive step up and have only got as far as watching level three :) It's hard and constant work, but at only twenty minutes it's easy to squeeze in. I do need another twenty to recover lol. You do need weights, I'm using tins of beans at the mo, but other than that it's so easy to do in the front room. Jillian is great, easy to have on in the room and didn't annoy me once. She motivates and tells you that if you want twenty minutes you have to work for it. And you do!

I can see results already, and I've done this for over a week. Did a seventeen mile bike ride at the weekend with no difficulties, which is not like me at all. Thank you Jillian!

I started on L1 (I was fat and unfit) and lost one dress size in 3 weeks. It is not hard fitting 20 minutes into your day. I am now on L2, two dress sizes smaller after two and a half months and plan to keep going. I could of lost more weight but I didn't cut out chocolate (I am still chubby inside). I would recommend this DVD to anyone. I really enjoy it.
