ive been doing this dvd for the past 3 weeks now and can already c results in my muscle tone i meanly use level 2 but starting 2 progress on2 level 3 now which is 1 hell of a workout so far ive lost 10lbs with doing this dvd and having a healthy diet i would recommend this dvd 2 every1 its so much better than all the celeb ones that r out there and trust me ive tried most of them plus its so cheap 2 buy i would have bought it if it was twice the price as the results r so worth it i'll defo continue 2 use this dvd and will also b buying the rest of her dvds has the results r amazing x

  A great workout for people who need something quick

I have always been sceptical about workout DVDs. I have been to the gym and used a personal trainer so I know how they advise and encourage you all the way. This is exactly what you are getting with this DVD. If you have very little time in your busy schedule and can spare the 20 minutes a day for this DVD ... DO IT. I have just completed workout level 1 and I am sat at my laptop sweating like a pig. I am 34 years old and 14.5 stone so I need to work out. I have been very active all my life but with current work and family commitments I have no time for the gym. This really is the next best thing. All you need is a floor mat .. some weights and a positive attitude. I would really recommend this DVD to anyone who wants a workout at home. Within the workout is handy tips, lower intensity versions for beginners and a challenge for those who really want to push themselves ... and thats only on level one. I am really looking forward to level 2 in about a weeks time.

  Challenging & Fun

I am an avid exerciser of 20 years and more, I have taught fitness in the past, have been in the forces and continue to exercise now that I am in my late 40's. This DVD is fabulous. I thought it best to start with Level 1, which I did this morning - and boy did I sweat! Jillian gives clear, precise instructions, she encourages you - is honest and fun. If you like a challenge and want to enjoy fitness and getting fit, then this is a MUST.
It is 20 minutes of continuous work and I do believe that done as recommended then you will see results.

I think this is one of the best DVDs I have done, hard work, but for 20 mins a day really worth it.

I lost about 8 inches in total, I could really tell the difference and so could my hubby. I do keep fit at least 4 times a week ranging from running to circuit and bums and tums and would definitely recommend this DVD

I am fairly fit and found this DVD tough. It has 3 levels and the beginner level is high intensity. Each level is 20 mins long. You will definitely work up a sweat!! This DVD is not for beginners.

Overall this is superb - Jillian comes across like your own personal trainer and is very motivational. A must buy.

I'm a seasoned pro when it comes to exercise DVD's. I've tried Davina's and Nell McAndrews but this DVD has to be the best I've come across. I thought I was going to die after doing this the first time but I've continued and I'm getting results. I've dropped a dress size in 4 weeks and I can fit it in with my hectic life of work and two toddlers. Brilliant, highly recommended, no nonsence, great results workout.

The excercises themselves are easy, anyone can do them. However, because of the short burst of intensity they are able to help tone your body. As Jillian herself says "even 400lb people can do jumping jacks!"

I can't believe how quicly the workout is, it seems much shorter than 20 minutes. After the first day I was a bit sore, mainly my thighs. I'm not the fittest person in the world either and overweight, but I would definately recommend this one. Happy Shreding!

  Best workout DVD I've seen!!

This is definately the best workout DVD that I've tried. It does actually work if you do it every day, it's only twenty minutes! After the first day, my muscles were really sore, but I carried on with it anyway and after the second day they didn't hurt any more. If you put the effort in at the beginning it will pay off! It is high intensity though, I'm not sure how easy it would be for someone thats heavily overweight. Definately give it a try though!

Arrived today, so thought it would be rude not to give it a go.

For a 20 minute workout, boy is it high intensity - no breaks with the lovely Jillian. I really like the set up of the workout - short sharp bursts of strength, cardio and abs, at 3 different fitness levels to work to. I can see me doing this on a regular basis, whats 20 minutes - I can feel it in my thighs, my abs and my arms.
No wonder people on the biggest loser always win in her team!

  Real workout

I purchased this after having a library full of various fitness dvds and I must say this is by far the best if you want to feel as if you have done a workout. At only 20 minutes I was sceptical but 20 minutes of this is all you need. I have been doing for almost two weeks and can already notice a difference and am now on workout 2 medium intensity. Brill workout would recommend but not for the faint hearted!
