Nirvana: Live At Reading (DVD & CD)

One of the most entertaining and important groups in one of their defining moments... LONG overdue. Buy this, don't hesitate.

I was lucky enough to be down the front at this just to the right of Kurt Cobain as you look at the stage and it was a fantastic performance, as was Nick Cave just before them so I had to buy this. However, I think they missed a few tricks here. Firstly, one of the big things was the will they/won't they play and a bit of extra info into the hype around the show would have added to it.

Secondly, the editing of it isn't as good as I would have hoped (the start seems to miss a bit) with a few more crowd shots and different angles. A brief recap of the day, crowd build up and interviews would also have been good. Surprised there are no extras as there must be more footage around than shown.

Would be great for a dvd release of the whole day although they can miss out the L7 'incident' on grounds of poor taste.

Still they know it will sell so what do they care and at least I can honestly say I was there.

One of the most bootleged concerts in rock history and now finally available on cd and dvd. Nirvana's influence on many bands is obvious and this cd and dvd is just the greatest proof to support the legend that was Nirvana

I got this for xmas and have to say it sounds awesome in 5.1 surround and it's been fully restored picture wise and looks great. A must own for any real music fan not just Nirvana fans.

This one is complete, Breed is included at last.
