Written by Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada), director Roger Michell's Morning Glory is a comedic glimpse into the cutthroat world of live television.

A desperate female news producer (Rachel McAdams) attempting to put out the flames between an anchorman (Harrison Ford) and his blustery but iconic co-host (Diane Keaton) in a last-ditch effort to save their failing morning show.

Honestly i liked this. This isn't a special movie or something different but it has a likeability to it and i enjoyed it. Rachel mcadams is becky, a producer of a morning show who gets fired. She has no social life and lives for her work. She has to step down a peg to a job of a usless morning show called daybreak. Everyone expects her to fail so nobody gives her the time of day. She stamps her foot down by firing one of the anchors of the show and hiring a pain in the rear former news anchor. Harrison ford shines as mike pemoroy, a stubborn, egotistical, horrible man and diane keaton is good too as his co anchor on the show. However it is rachel mcadams film and she plays becky perfectly

 Brilliant A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++.

This is a excellent 'feel good' film, the way in which each member of the cast has been chosen is superb, each member no match A, B or supporting plays their roles very well.
The film starts off the slightest bit slow, but quickly picks up and then goes into overdrive. The comedy, the love the laughs, all can be felt by the audience.
The ending was so good it brought tears to my girlfriends eyes. Gotta love the way in which Harrison and Diane interact with Rachel is fantastic, definatley one of my feel good favs.

 Loved it

I loved this film - perfect chick flick but my boyfriend really enjoyed it too and we cant wait to watch it when it comes out on DVD.
Lovely story - one of those films that just makes you feel positive. Rachel McAdams is just brilliant in it - Harrison Ford plays a brilliant grumpy old man and the cast just ...fit! Funny, interesting, and extremely watchable and it has an AMAZING soundtrack.

 One of the funniest movies iv seen lately!!
