Valentine's Day

I didnt hold out to much hope for this film, generally a film with an all star cast like this can sometimes be a bit light on the ground with the plot side.
But after watching this film I was surprised in a good way as other reviews have said it is similar to Love Actually in that it has lots of intertwining storys with all the characters somehow involved and crossing paths throughout the film.
I thought the film was very good and easy viewing, The individual storys are all good they are nice and some of them are heart warming and very touching.
Lots of big stars in this nice and easy romantic comedy great viewing for a nice romantic night in with your loved one.

As someone else said, this is a little like Love Actually, & also he's just not that into you in that all the storylines connect in some way BUT not always in the way you think that they will - this one has some brilliant twists that you just couldn't have seen coming - and plenty of laughs too, as well as a few "awwww" moments. Couldn't recommend it more - can't wait for my copy!

LOVED IT!! thought it would be totally cliched and like any other rom-com (not like thats a bad thing) but wow this took me by surprise... yes a bit like love actually but better - not just about everyone being in love. it has its happy and sad bits and i cant wait to watch it again!

You may think 2 hours is long for a romcom but be assured in this case it isn't. The characters are likeable, funning and charming, from Marshalls regulars (Elizondo) right down to the very talented youngsters. The film will make you cringe, laugh and cry and you'll find yourself wanting more as the film ends. Give it a go, you know you want to...

good feel-good movie with excellent cast. well written and directed. the story was a little basic and obvious and the end all tied up too neatly but still a good chick-flick.
