Is a very good film, possibly better than the original. More action slightly funnier. A must buy for a fan

Good Movie for young and old!

I watched this film many years ago with my then teenage sons, we all thought it was a great film with lots of music and dancing. Watched it again the other night and recorded it for my partner's grandchildren they loved it especially the police car smash and the "green zombies" as goodman/ackroyd were described by them. Its a great family movie to watch when there's nothing on the box.

  Let yourself go

Ok - it's not the first! But just take it for what it is. Why compare? If you like a large slice of innocent fun and plenty of good blues music, then invest a few pounds in this and relax - take it easy - let yourself smile - let the music in!

The film is just, well awful to say the least. No where near as special as number 1. Should of just kept with the first one, because the first Blue Brothers is one of the greatest films of all time, it's in a league of it's own. And this one well it's just a pile of cheesy rubbish. Not worth watching, just forget this one was made.

  It is about the music.

Just accept that this film could never live up the legacy of the first one.

The situations are still absurd and the music is still great.... what did you expect from the one, the only, the best, and the original bluuess brothers!

The big and the beautiful perform in a celebration of music - and it is done in respect to the original film.

Times have changed, but we still have the music.

Star Trek 12- 'The Search For Cash'.

I think TV funnymen Lee and Herring summed this plum up best when they said that it was missing one extra final scene.
They said the film should end on Goodman and Akroyd driving out to John Belushi's grave and urinating on it while blood-stained money rains from the sky.

Perhaps a little harsh but I can't help feeling that I'm out of pocket after seeing it. It's not the money it's the ninety minutes of my life I wasted and will never get back......
