The Crazies

You dont need to have seen the original to enjoy this movie, just go into it as a new and an original horror thriller! The story is really good and keeps you thinking all the time whats going on? it starts to turn really nasty for a small town of people and they mysteriously start killing each other off. The movie ends with a nice twist once you think youve figured it out! Good bloody entertainment, if your a hardcore horror fan than you may not find it that great but its still worth a watch as its good fun, great cast and entertaining.

I watched this remake last night and I was not sure what to expect from it after a few of the dodgy horror remakes of late.
But I really enjoyed this film the story is nice and simple a plane carrying a toxic weapon clash lands and poisons a towns water supply slowly the town folks start to become crazy and begin to kill people.
The U.S army step in and take the towns folk into camps until the Crazies escape and begin to run riot.
Now the local towns sheriff must somehow get the handful of survivors out of town before the army bomb what s left of the town.
I thought the film was great fun it builds suspense very well, it is not to gory at all.
Well worth watching if your a fan of horror films.

This is a great movie, nothing is unbelievable or over acted, if you like zombie movies then you'll love this, well worth watching!

A friend of mine recommended this movie to me and i watched it thinking it would be another average horror movie but was surprised with how good it turned out to be. You will love it if you are a fan of zombie movies defiantly worth a watch.

Surpasses the original by a thousand miles. Well paced and solidly made with a great performance from Olyphant too. There's allot of this type of movies around but this is one of the best I've seen, on par with the Dawn of the Dead remake. This is a must for horror fans and conspiracy nuts alike. Great stuff!
