For pulse pounding suspense and relentless thrills, nothing can match this DVD, one of the most frightening chapters in the chilling 'Halloween' series! In one single horrifying night, Michael Myers' masked reign of terror changed Halloween forever! Now, six years after he was presumed dead in a fire, Myers has returned to kill again, and this time there's no escape! As the homicidal fury builds to a spine-tingling climax, the long hidden secrets of the screen's most maniacal murderer are revealed.... with shocking results!

This is the worst of the series. terrible editing, terrible acting, no suspence, just pointless gore ! The film has been butchered in the editing process, due to the death of Donald Pleasence in the middle of shooting. But this can't hide the fact that it still would have been a poor addition to the series. The plot is a mess with ideas that make no sence or explained. Please avoid this film, as it should not even carry the honor of having the Halloween name in it's title. Avoid !

Gets A Little Boring...But Good For Halloween Collectors!

If you like the Halloween series of movies, this is the movie for you, but if you like Friday the 13th more dont buy this. It gets a little hyped at times and the movie gets a little excited. Michael i think is a bad actor in this. But also its a good farewell movie to Donald [Dr. Loomis] who died after the making of the sixth movie.
So its a good buy. I've got this but never watch it. Hehe =]

 Could have been better...

This is probably the worst sequel of the lot, offering nothing more than cheap kills and no actual storyline. Its cuts away from the Jamie plot and takes it in another direction involving cults, symbols and who cares really, stick to the plot.

The only returning charecter is Loomis, played by Donald Pleasence who unfortunatly died during production of the movie, its just a shame his last ever Halloween movie was a bit better. Daneille Harris who plays Jamie Llyod was not even recast, a different acttress was put in, in her place which was a bit off a disapointment.

If it where not for Donald Pleasence's portrayal of Sam Loomis i would have given it one star, if your a fan of the franchise buy it to complete your collection otherwise try the original, 2, 4 H20 or Rob Zombies 2007 remake.
