Motivated by anger and misdirected by ego, Hitler struggles in a world he believes owes him something, enticing Germany in a macabre dance of surrender and control. Emerging from WWI after a stint in the German Army, he accepts their offer to infiltrate and spy on the German Workers' Party. Their nationalism and anti-Semitism match Hitler's virulent personal politics so he strikes while the iron is hot, and by draping his agenda in mythical legends of Aryan superiority, he makes the iron even hotter by repeatedly striking it....
Nominated for no less than seven Emmy awards.

We have all seen war movies before , guys shootings guns , explosions , blood and guts but this movie goes into political detail of how a man came to be in a position of power and shows the rise of evil indeed. As far as im concerned this movie is first class and is a must for anyone who has a passion for good acting , Carlyle is awesome in this , its a must see movie.

Currently I am studying life in Hitler's Germany for my A-level history unit. We were asked to watch the almost three hour long epic in class. It explains and conveys the character of Adolf Hitler fantastically, however not all scene are completely historically accurate and have clearly been glamorised for the film. However the majority of things are spot on with accuracy and the people who play the roles of the various characters play them as I would imagine them to be.
All in all very informative and most definitely worth a look.
ASTOUNDING AND TOTALLY GRIPPING!!!!!!
