This next instalment of The Twilight Saga sees Bella Swan devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire love, Edward Cullen, but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with Jacob Black. Suddenly she finds herself drawn into the world of werewolves, the ancestral enemies of the vampires, and finds her loyalties tested.

I loved the first film, but i have to say, New Moon is even better! The actors are able to play the characters alot better, and we are able to see the beginnings of the love triangle between Edward, Bella and Jacob. Dakota Fanning looks so cool playing Jane, scary eyes tho. Good film for teenage girl because there are a few werewolves who are very tasty! (e.g. Taylor Lautner) 5/5 xxx

Wooden, poorly acted all round, teenage melodrama clapttrap.
Teenage girls will love it. Everyone else... wont.

Not quite as good as the book, but better than the first film. Kristen Stewart is so much of a better actress in this installment and the newcoming of the wolves was so entertaining. It missed out a few little parts that would have liked to see, but all in all, it was worth the 2 hour wait for the front place in the queue :D

 More of the same.

OK, here we go again. This is much better than its predecessor, I agree. However, it doesn't feel like a proper complete film. By the end, you've focused do much on the wolf guy, who by all accounts isn't really a werewolf due to the lack of being bitten and the ability to control his morphs, you don't really care for the vampire guy. However, despite the plot not being as good as it could have been, acting has improved, thank God. Kristen Stewart finally shows some real talent, rather than just biting her lip for two hours, and Michael Sheen is, as always fantastic, completely fitting the part. So yeah, if you like twilight, get it. However, if you just want to see what the fuss is about, go for the other one, it might put you off a bit more, but this as a stand alone film is just not worth it if your not a die hard fan.
*note to self*
I wonder if they were going out when filming this...because it finally looks like she does love him...
