I watch a lot of anime films as I find many films now a days very boring and repeatative. But when I read the plot for this film and saw some of the art work I immediately became very interested.

Recently a purchased a copy online and looked forward to watching it. My expectations werent dashed, They were indeed satisfied. This story, which has been done in similar ways before was given a new edge. I very much enjoyed this film and have reccomended it to all of my friends. Funny, interesting and fresh are the words I would use to describe this feature.

It's one of those anime that are light and easy to watch. It requires some attention or else you won't understand the plot. After watching it twice I gotta say it was very well done visually. I can't really remember any tunes from this anime, maybe because the soundtrack is medicore ( well at least its not distrubing ).

I can't say much from the plot but I really miss in this anime character development and romance which was hinted on DVD box. But they save the best for the last. You must see it though, I'm not going to spoil it. However character were drawn in a way that everyone has a different "feeling" to it. It's one of those stories that are too good to be truth. For day dreamers I guess.

Audio isn't that bad but I would suggest to watch it in japanese with subtitles because there are some differences with translation and voice casting. Overall it's a good job.

Time for rating :

Graphics : 5/5
Soundtrack : 3/5
Story : 3,5 / 5 ( because there are some elements that are cliche )
Audio : 4/5

Overall : 4/5

If you have a spare pocket money and you are bored with all that junk that is produced check Summer Wars. However It leaves that feeling of "I want more !" or " How it should have ended! ". I guess It was a design decision.

I woulnd't recommend it to anyone who are looking for deep emotional romance with humour or a battle mongers looking for action and culture.

That's all folkes. Hope you enjoy it.
