Most young children will love this movie, its funny and full of hilarious antics from the main star, it has an easy to follow story and funny talking animals who help him with his love life, the story maybe a tad done before and predictable for us parents but the children soak it up and really enjoy it. The disc has plenty of how they made it documentaries too in the special features.

I took my 4.5 year old daughter to see this the day it came out in cinema in the UK. My daughter got a bit bored aroung half an hour before the end and started standing and chatting a bit.

I, however, was in complete refusal to leave. I never realised the more-than-amazing Adam Sandler was in the movie until the credits, and have only just seen in searching the film on Play.com that Sylvester Stallone was in it. Despite watching the film totally unaware of the cast list, i LOVED this film!!!! It was packed with so much 'parent humour' that the better kids' programs and films have in, as well as brilliant one-liners and off-the-cuff jokes that I couldn't pull myself away!!

Older kids (probably the 7+ range) will probably love this film through getting more jokes and pretending to get the ones their mums and dads (and other carers) are laughing at. Probably better not taking kids belo that age though.

Some people I have seen elsewhere, have commented that the film is 'thin on storyline'. Granted you can tell from the early scenes what will happen if you have seen more than half a dozen films in your lifetime, but remember this is not an 18, it's a PG. Watch this film knowing its target audience is 8-12 year olds and you will see it for what it is - a funny (sometimes adultly, simetimes a tiny bit sickly, sometimes just plain daftly), sweet, and very innocent film that deserves great reviews!!!

I can't wait for this film to come out on DVD to get it and watch over and over. No doubt I will destroy the first copy with over-watching and need a second as a replacement!

I think this film is brilliant, as an animal lover I think it is funny!

The story is typical and fairly predictable, there's nothing out of the ordinary and the ending is obvious. But the winner here is the comedy, there are some scenes which won't have you chuckling but will have you on the floor in stitches!!
At times the movie tries too hard, it'll make the kids the laughs but probably not the big ones. At times the Kevin James is so hilariously funny I was screaming in laughter, almost had trouble to catch my breath.
This movie is a one for the whole family, adults will find enough to laugh at but the kids will love it a whole lot more.

Overall: It's a simple comedy which has laughs but not constantly. At times it is hilarious, chart top hilarious but on the whole it's a little flat.
Recommended to families out there and any other Big Kids

Zookeeper is an average and predictable movie but its also quite amusing and would make a great film to watch with family. There's a few laughs for everyone.
