The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets' Nest is the explosive final installment of Stieg Larsson's Millennium trilogy.

Under police guard in hospital, Lisbeth Salander (Noomi Rapace) is charged with murder and awaits the trial that has the country gripped. Cut off from all communication with the outside world, she must rely on journalist and former lover, Mikael Blomkvist (Michael Nyqvist) to prove her innocence and expose the political cover up that threatens to destroy her freedom. In his way stands a mysterious group who will go to any lengths to keep the shocking truth of their actions a secret.

The Perfect End - Good Luck Hollywood Remaking This Trilogy

The best film trilogy released in the past 5-10 years in my opinion, i love watching them all back to back and have done so many times.

The last film in the trilogy, and a pefect ending to wrap the whole story up. It's intentionally slow paced to build up tension and because of this it doesn't give alot away, it keeps you gripped all the way through. Plenty of side stories keep ahold of your interest too, it's not just all about justice for Lisbeth. It answers all the questions raised and fills in all the blanks from the previous two films. These films have firmly established Noomi Rapace and Michael Nyquist as stars, and rightly so too, outstanding performances throughtout the entire trilogy. The ending is a nice touch, fitting brilliantly with everything you've seen previously.

If you've enjoyed the first two films you'll enjoy this film too. Buy it now!

Not as good as the first two

Excellent Trilogy, I loved the first one, second was good, this just gets a bit long winded. Its got a good end and the beginning sets the scene, but you can skip most of the middle and not missed anything. Would give it two stars but the Swedish cast and mood and its previous two episodes double that. Can't help wondering if all Swedish are this dangerous to know maybe I should avoid Ikea in future.

Great Ending To One Of The Finest Trilogies..

*Hornets Nest carries on where 'Fire' leaves off. Lisbeth is recovering in hospital whilst awaiting trial for murder! It is up to journalist Mickael to help prove her innocence.
*Maybe not the strongest individual film of the trilogy but still a great and very tense finale. Very heavy going. Similar in style to the previous 2 films with the corrupt establishment, some great action and gritty story. A great ending to one of the greatest trilogies.

Great Ending to a Great trilogy

Finally it all makes sense.
Great cast with that swedish style that made all the difference
Can't wait for the Hollywood version but I have a feeling that I may be disappointed! Wouldn't mind going back to sweden just to visit the places mentioned in the book!

 Bravo Sweden, Good luck Hollywood!!

This final installment in the groundbreaking crime/drama movie series is very interesting as it all unravel's upon itself. I have been anticipating the climax to this trilogy, and it is well worth the wait.
