It starts out crazy and insane, you better have quick eyes because the subtitles are wizzing as the leading lady narrates a highly entertaining and comical sketch. The beginning is a great start, it's gets you laughing and prepares you for the craziness ahead.
The story is about change, how the leading lady must go through changes in life and how when she comes out the other end she'll never be the same again. It's a long journey for her which has many elements on the way, with a large amount of changes in her life.
The story has comedy, it has some drama but not as much as comedy. The jokes at times are hilarious but for the majority they're quite immature and sometimes too childish and simple to get a chuckle.
The downside of this movie is the timing, it's a 120mins (2hrs) long film and it feels it, at times during the film you'll be wondering where exactly its going and wishing it would speed up.

Overall: Instant Swamp wasn't bad but it could've been great. It had many good elements of mature nature, things which really get you thinking but the silliness takes you away from the deep emotions.
It's a charming and enjoyable movie at parts but it feels a little too long.
Not Bad, take it or leave it
