  The Best resident evil yet!!

I've never thought that resident evil has made a proper transition from video game to film but this film is very close to capturing the essence of Resident Evil. Still lots of guns but brilliant music track, awesome action sequences and even the creepy moments we all loved from the original games. A must buy for any Resident evil fan.

They shouldn't of made any of them like they did!

to be honest, i was gona give this 3 stars but then i really thought about it and decided there wasn't actually anything good about this film, the acting is below average, the action is just annoying and unrealistic and way too much slow motion and the most annoying thing is the main character milla jovovich never has a scratch on her and is always clean and got make up on, i mean come on! she should of died in that plane crash at the start! Never saw it in 3d but that wouldn't of made a difference as i don't like 3d much anyway, the story is pretty non existent, the other films were ok but they should of made them like the games, i think they would of been so much better and scarier but now its too late, they just slapped this together, no real thought put into it, the only good thing they did with this film was make ali larter look extremely hot! apart from that bad, i really wouldn't bother with it.

Worst of the movies so far

The latest movie offers only minimal storyline progression, a couple of good fights scenes and some new characters, but overall i'd not bother buying (or watching) this latest Resident Evil movie unless you're a seriously big fan of the franchise.

  rubbish!

i have never played any of the games, so my opinion is based solely on the movies, and as such, my opinion is that this one sucks!. it seems to carry itself along on little more than the now obligatory matrix style slow motion action shots, oh, and not forgetting to stop half way through said slow motion shot, to rotate the angle round. not much action, and not much zombie/undead whuppin' either. altogether a poor excuse for a sequel, and if this is anything to go by, r.e. is in grave danger of going down the friday the 13th route. to sum up, dont bother!.

I throughunly Enjoyes this movie I think this Resi film related alot more to the game and there is alot of action there wasn't alot of zombie scenes but there's many fighting scenes.
And the ending leaves you expectig a sequel.

  The Best So Far

I think this is an excellent entry in a series that takes an unecessary beating from critics everytime they bring another out, dare I suggest its the best so far?.Given that the first movie was muddled and did not resemble the game series in the slightest, I watch as the sequels go from strength to strength.Roll ON FIVE

  Surprisingly Good

If you are reading this then you probably have seen the previous 3 movies and enjoyed them (to some extent) too. In no way does this film detract from the quality of the others; the storyline continues, there are recurring characters that you actually care about (especially if you are a fan of Heroes or Prison Break)! and the finale is set up for another final movie. For 5 quid just go for it!

  Afterlife!

I think the RE series has been unfairly knocked by a lot of people. Alright, its not going to win any awards, but it does exactly what it says on the blurb, kills zombies. I think the previous RE film and this, are amongst the best current zombie films and each RE film has got better. The first being awful, the second gettin there, third being pretty damn good and the fourth, very good!

Don't know what all the complaining is about. The RE films are never gonna be Oscar material but you get exactly what you expect from them. I went to the cinema to see the 3D version and this film is brilliant. RE films are like marmite, you love en or hate em. I for one love them. This is one of the best in the series, action sequences were brilliant (lot's of Matrix style action). I might be biased as I love Milla Jovavich but the RE films are the best of the bunch with all the Zombie flims released of late. This will definitely be added to my collection and at 5.99 it's a bargain. Just a pity it wasn't released in 3D on dvd.
