A favourite comedian, Ross Noble is the perfect comedian to look at Australia, his laid back style suits him well on this programme as he travels across Australia on his motorbike doing gigs, which are always completely different, random and completely hilarious, the only parts sometimes that distract on this film are some of the places Ross goes and the 10-15 minutes on film he spends there which are mostly uneventful, and the quality of the film seems sub-par also, otherwise a great series all of his fans should own.
Big fan of Ross and all that, but noticed on a couple of his DVD's, including this one, the quality of footage. It's poor visually, just not crisp. As if it's been shot on a 1990's Sony Handicam. Not sure why? I felt it a bit distracting from the material and some of the visual footage, which should have looked superb, such as the scenic shots of Australia. But didn't. I don't have a problem with my laptop or it's DVD player, as everything else looks fine.
