Recorded "In the Round", Peter gives a fabulously theatrical performance of many songs from the "Up" album along with some of his finest music.
Additionally, this is a compelling film which doesn't just show what goes on on stage, but shows how the gig is put together by the roadies, in bright orange suits. Split screens are used to give a great sense of what is going on.
Highlights for me include Secret World (so much better and clearer than the original studio track), Downside Up (Peter and his daughter hanging upside down and spinning while singing), Mercy Street and In Your Eyes from the wonderful "So" album, and the big bouncing plastic ball which Peter gets into to sing Growing Up.
Thorougly recommended.
