Jane Bradford (Lois January) moves from a small town to a large city and is turned into a cocaine addict by drug running gangsters. When her brother Eddie (Dean Benton) arrives in the city, he too becomes addicted and forces his girlfriend into prostitution in order to support their habit. Similar in style to Reefer Madness this has become something of a cult classic, with the underlying message being "There always will be Jane Bradfords until you, Mr Citizen, co-operate with the forces now fighting the dope evil!"
