no dancing at all well they tried and failed it was so boring and poop i cant be bothered to type anymore it doesn't deserve a review please don't waste your money you will thank me for these 4 sentences xx
I actually thought the choreography in this video was quite good... It does give u a workout... Maybe not an intense one... But for people that may not have used a workout video, or kept to a choreographed dance routine, this was relatively easy.
i dont find this DVD that bad as the previous reviewer. granted, it is the least fave one i own, and i dont think u would use this to get results. but on days where i want an easy work out i pop this on. i go about 4 videos a week and so sometimes u need a more chill out DVD. this does get you working, but it is very short and u get the impression that the team arent really that concered about you moving etc as other presenters are. there are some funny movements tho, i would do this with a friend for some giggles.
i did think the cooling section at the end was poor, all they did was stretch really and talk about themselves!
one to get if u have a growing collection and want a more toned down one. dont get this expecting results
