Hokum of course, but brilliant wonderful hokum! This is Hollywood firing on all cylinders and then some. Flynn is perfect as Robin Hood and the dvd looks stunning, oil paintings come to life. It has its original mono soundtrack,but it is fine, Korngold's music captures and enhances the whole mood of the film.
A bargain at its current sale price, it's a must have film.
