Batman is back and in his unique fearless style he's on the attack, targeting his arch enemy The Penguin and his criminal cohort Rupert Thorn who are plotting a scheme to sell illegal weapons. But there's a new vigilante in town who's also intent on thwarting injustice and overthrowing the evil entrepreneurs. Who is she you ask? It's Batwoman of course!
With high-tech gadgets and powerful punches, Batwoman proves to be a formidable crimefighter - the only problem is that the Dark Knight has no clue who she is! When she crosses the criminal line and is captured by evil Bane whom Penguin has hired to oversee the export of illegal weapons, it's up to Batman to save her, defeat Bane and stop the shipment of arms from Gotham Harbour.
Can Batman stop the scoundrels, avenge his ruthless enemies and restore security in the city? Will he uncover the identity of the mystery figure and identify whether or not she really is an ally?
