The curtain comes down on one of the most gruesome horror franchises of all-time in Saw: The Final Chapter. With a twist ending that will send you reeling, the film's gory games of life and death will test even the most hardened horror fan's resolve. This is the stuff nightmares are made of.

The most twisted, gruesome and successful horror franchise in the world comes to a close in Saw 7: The Final Chapter. A deadly battle rages over Jigsaw's brutal legacy as a group of Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) survivors gather to seek the support of self-help guru, and fellow survivor, Bobby Dagen (Sean Patrick Flanery). Soon though, the survivors really must help themselves as Dagen's dark secrets unleash a new wave of terror...

Saw 7: The Final Chapter brings the horrifying games of Jigsaw to life like never before, psychologically testing the viewer as Jigsaw does his victims.

The time has come for all to witness the final act of a legend

Every master craftsman and all true geniuses save their best for last.

I love the Saw movies and the on going twisted story that gets deeper and more twisted as they go along, a very clever saga of films that have spanned the last 7 years, this is one awesome end to what is one of the best horror franchises ever made, this movie has many gross out and very strong gore moments, and a wonderful cast, the traps get more painful to watch each time. There is an opening at the end for a possible start of what could be a new beginning of SAW but only time will tell.

 Thank god!

Talk about dragging it out!!!

After first 2, it got bad.
3 was rubbish, 4 was okay, you see where im going with this.

What i liked with this one, was that i felt alot of things had been explained and it had closed properly, also the fact it opens with two people in a puzzle, but outside for the public to see!! The only saw film to do that!

Good ending overall.
But this isnt the best Saw film, that would be 1 & 2.

Well, it's finally over. I was really starting to tire of this series but had high hopes for a great final leg after the end of part 6. But this final episode felt like a parody of itself.

There's the obligatory parade of disgusting gore and torture. There's the essential list of impossible choices. There's the shoe-horned sub plots told in flashback. The 'main victim' (who we don't like), the 'victim's victims' (who we feel sorry for). There's another random 'hero detective' who appears out of nowhere and apparently has personal connections to the case. (yawn). Oh, and there's an outrageous opening death scene - which is apparently not even worth mentioning again during the film, despite its occurrence in a crowded public place. (and no explanation of how the elaborate torture trap was constructed without anybody noticing or questioning it).

And then we have the much heralded return of Dr. Gordon - whose infuriating absence from the last 5 films really pushed the limits of my patience with the Saw series. A reprise of this character was essential, and after five Gordon-less sequels *really* needed to be worth the wait. But it soooo wasn't. He's in this for literally about 5 minutes and doesn't do a whole lot.

It is perhaps ironic that the one reliable Saw device - the traditional "twist ending" - finally flopped in part 7, whose final shock is a major let-down which most viewers will see coming a mile off. (Well, I did anyway).

Personally I am glad it's over, because the premise was getting out of hand, just a bit silly, and rather repetitive. Can the writers please let go of this thing and start doing something new and original now?

I expected more, but its a MUST SEE!!!

It was a fantastic ending to the franchise, but i expected more. The storyline was solid and all my questions were answered. I have to say the acting from all the new characters was very poor but all characters from the pervious films were great. Tobin Bell wasn't in it enough!!!!!! The blood was abit pink at times but i could live with that, the traps were fantastic and have got better as the franchise has progressed but i did laugh a little when i saw the pink blood.
I have to say i am so glad i brought and watched it and if your a fan of the franchise then its a MUST SEE!!!
