Based on one of the greatest plays of the twentieth century, The Crucible takes place in Salem Massachusetts in 1692. Not the most amazing film ever but worth watching and especially helpful if you're studying it for gcse/a level etc

A gripping and moving movie, about love, betrayal and loyalty. Very good overall film from start to finish.
