The thrilling Dollhouse reunites Buffy The Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon (Firefly, Serenity) and Eliza Dushku (Angel). Echo is an 'Active' - someone whose memories have been wiped and replaced. Hired for nefarious gains, she acts with no memory of before. Can she rediscover her true identity before it's too late?

 Sensational!!

Dollhouse should not have been cancelled. It was not given the time to develop and become the amazing show it could have been, not that it wasn't already amazing though. I'm just glad that FOX gave Joss Whedon the time to finish Dollhouse properly, and give viewers real closure.
The Second Season of Dollhouse is far better than Season One, with every Episode giving you more information about the overall arc. The Worst Episode of Season 2 is still better than the best Episode of Season 1. The storyline is fantastic, fast paced and includes lots of twists and turns to keeps the audience guessing, and the biggest twist comes in Episode 11, which no-one will see coming.
Eliza Dushku is an amazing actress, and she really carries the show, and she adapts to every role she has to play brilliantly. The rest of the cast are also brilliant, especially Fran Kranz, who does an amazing job as Topher.
Dollhouse shouldn't have been cancelled, but I'm glad that we have the DVD's to rewatch the few Episodes we did get. I recommend this boxset to anyone!!

Dollhouse is indeed one of the most creative shows in previous years with gripping and interesting stories and a long running plot throughout the entire series 1 and 2 that reveals more and more twists and secrets as it goes on! Series 2 is a very strong series with better character development and amazing stories and one hell of an ending!! This is TV gold and one of the best things Joss Whedon has ever created!

At least as good as last season, in this series again we get off to a rather slow start, but the action picks up around episode 3 / 4 and never looks back, Eliza Dushku is again brilliant but it is also the other cast members who make you want to watch again and again, not a happy ending in store for some characters but good for others, with some excellent twists especially near the end of episode 12 and through the last episode (which like last series leaps into the future and is mind blowing), nothing quite like this on tv which really asks difficult moral questions in an entertaining way, cannot wait for Whedons next masterpiece, shame it still is not this.

Even better than season 1. I didn't know that was possible!

Dollhouse is an utterly brilliant show. After season one did a great job of introducing us to Echo and all of the other characters, season two has come back with a massive kick and really shaken the show up.

The premise is a house full of programable human beings who have agreed to be 'actives'; have their memory wiped for a five year period in exchange for millions of dollars at the end of their contract, and utter relinquishment of their human rights for five years.

Is it a sensitive issue? Yes. Is it sci-fi? Yes it is. Is it a thought provoking, juicy, classic Whedon show reminiscent of his Buffy the Vampire Slayer days? Yes it bloody well is!

But this show and you will absolutely not regret it. Enjoy!
