Wouldn't recommend unless you are a die hard fan. He is like a lecturer at college telling a load of kids toilet jokes and risque comments about his sexuality etc. nothing special
If you're a fan of his films then you'll doubtless enjoy this. Basically it's a Q&A but Kevin Smith is a very funny man. His collection of anecdotes is superb. My personal faves are his tale of how he got involved with a new Superman film (not the recent Bryan Singer film) and even better is the crazy story of how he came to film a documentary for Prince.
If you don't like Kevin Smith at all then it's not really for you at all.
Better than his recent movies!

Top 100 DVD Reviewer
I truly believe Kevin Smith is better at public speaking than directing movies. For evidence of this just watch this two disc DVD which basically has Kevin speaking in front of a college audience for nearly four hours.
I mean, this guy can really tell a story. How many other directors can you think of who are actually interesting in public?
There are some truly classic stories being told here which actually are an eye-opener as to how Hollywood operates. An excellent example is his involvement with the "Superman Reborn" script. It's simply hilarious and we get an amazing insight into the world of producer Jon Peters and director Tim Burton. Just listen to the story and you won't be able to watch those mechanical spiders in "The Wild Wild West" without shaking your head in disbelief. Other incredible stories include his involvement in making a film about Prince which will never be viewed by the public and his friendship with Ben Affleck.
Truly brilliant. I'd rather watch this than Clerks 2.
Great Insight To The Working Life Of Kevin Smith.

This DVD offers a good look into the work of Kevin Smith aswell as a good view of Hollywood and its stars. Never has 3 hours 44 minutes gone so fast.
Even from the very entertaining play menu that has you hesistate from pressing play just to see what happens next, to the witty banter he has with his adoring yet unsuprisingly weird fans.
A must buy for Kevin Smith film fans.
