Though he's the nation's top counter-terrorist, Jack Quinn (Jean-Claude Van Damme) wants to get out of the spy game. But on his final mission, he misses his target and wakes up in a place they call the Colony, a think tank for spies who are too dangerous to roam the world, but too valuable to be killed. With his target, the dangerous, enigmatic terrorist Stavros (Mickey Rourke) still on the loose and out to get his family. Quinn's only hope is the flamboyant but deadly gun dealer Yaz (Dennis Rodman).

Who came up with the idea to put non actor Van Damme in a film with some else that cannot act!
I was given this as a present and I wittled the disc into a sharp spear, and jabbed it in their eye, safe in the knowledge that they will never see, or give a (rubbish) film again!!

Firts 30 min was usual action shooting scenes, and i thought that rest of the movie is total waste of time but more i wached it started get better and better...
Damme was again making "uphill battle" to get revenge of vicious terrorist stravros (mickey rourke), who played his bad guy part amazingly well. Also suprised how well damme and rodman played togedher.
Musical score was great, speacially in training scenes and towards to the end. Great damme film and overall one of my alltime top 30 movies!
