    As history serves, this was the series that ended it all in the eyes of NBC way back when it was airing on to the TV screen. It is true, it may have been the last of the original series, but what a series it was! Fans of Star Trek should not be without. The 3rd season sees classic episodes such as "Wink Of An Eye" "Whom Gods Destroy" and "Plato's Stepchildren", pits the crew of the USS Enterprise against dangerous and tyrannical odds. The Enterprise is put at risk more and more this time round and there are more stranger and stranger discoveries to be made. Great story plots that give intrigue and a doorway to other universes, this is the classic 3rd season of THE ORIGINAL Star Trek, not to be without!

    all the episodes from the original series 3rd and final season once again collected together in a plastic pod - including the very first pilot episode 'The Cage'

    as with seasons 1 & 2 the episodes are presented in broadcast order starting with 'Spocks Brain' and include such classics as 'Day Of The Dove' featuring the Klingons, my personal favourite 'All Our Yesterdays', and 'The Tholian Web' plus the series finale 'Turnabout Intruder'

    again there is an animated Starship bridge menu, orignal episode trailers and other bonus features
