Wheter you are a veteran trying to find the musical way back home or a youngster eager trying to understand and regard the music of the early seventies, this DVD is a must. The talent and credibility of Young was never ruined by the music industry. If you do not believe me, watch this great documentary embedded with a magnificent live performance in Hank Williams' hometown, Nashville.

A truly superb music dvd from a legend of music, first time i watched this it was so emotional, neils voice is unique and his songs from praire wind are beautifully written, a must for every neil young fan, i have been a fan for over 25 years and i never tire of listening to his music or watching this dvd, some of the tracks are sung with so much emotion it brings a lump to your throat, the man is a genius, long may he play.........truly outstanding.....

This is a feast for the eye as well as the ear. It's a beautifully directed and skilfully edited piece of work; when the horns come in you see the horns and when Emmylou Harris and wife Pegi sing back-up you see them too. Everything you need to see from sly winks to Neil's fretwork is there. Although getting a bit craggy in his advancing years, Neil has lost nothing from his vocal range and his high falsetto sounds as good as it ever did. Close your eyes when he sings 'Old Man' and it's like he's 22 again. Likewise his idiosyncratic guitar playing is still beautiful, never more so than on a wonderful version of 'Old Laughing Lady' that he plays solo as the credits roll. This is a great addition to any music DVD collection and is offered at a ridiculously low price. Buy it.

An absolute masterpiece with music of the highest quality. On receipt I ended up watching it twice over, and it will be getting many further viewings as well. It is very much one of these one off events that just captures everything perfectly, from the musical performance to the mood and chemistry of the various participants. Anyone who appreciates music could not fail to be very satisfied with this... an ABSOLUTE steal. Buy, buy, buy!!!

A joy just to sit back, watch & listen. The songs from his Prairie Wind CD seem to be his reflections on life, death & friendship from the viewpoint of someone who has lived a full & varied life while the more familiar songs are sung beautifully & given a new lease of life. The fragility of his voice on some tracks seems to enhance rather than detract from the music. The quality of the sets, together with the impressive number of musicians and friends that accompany Mr Young make this an impressive concert indeed.
