I like the idea of dancing instead of the usual boring workouts that are accompanied by dreadful dance music that i can't stand, plus i've always thought Jennifer was a down to earth girl who would be easy to learn from given all her dance experience.
The warm up part is very different than what i was expecting and it can be a little tedious when it's going through the body parts but it did the job.
The dance tutor was helpful, she ran through the different steps alot before putting it all together and going through the 3 routines at an easy pace to follow, i didn't think i was working up much of a sweat until the first time she ran the entire routine through and then i realised i'd been using muscles i never knew i had.
My only suggestion for people thinking of buying this DVD is that you look at the area you're going to be working out in, my lounge is small and i had to change some of the steps to fit in the room, for example two step kicks to the side would have… more »

My only suggestion for people thinking of buying this DVD is that you look at the area you're going to be working out in, my lounge is small and i had to change some of the steps to fit in the room, for example two step kicks to the side would have resulted in a foot size hole in my wall or T.V!! But other than that i enjoyed it and i loved the fact that Jennifer looked as worn out as i felt!
