Ross Noble: Randomist (4 Discs)

He truly is unlike any stand up comedian out there. There are so many bonus discs on here simply because there is so much material in just one tour - and there's the difference. No other comedian could possibly do this because when they go on tour it is scripted and they rarely divert from it (take note Peter Kay who's been doing the same material for about 5 years) I felt knackered just watching him he's so energetic and if he wasn't a comedian he would be in an asylum! His brain must be wired differently to allow him to come the bizzare conlusions he comes to, he will leave you laughing so much it'll feel like you've just run the London Marathon. Also, he always makes time to explore the city or area he's playing in which gives him even more of connection with his audience and when he plays in Newcastle it is electric. If you only ever get one stand up dvd ever, this should be it!

This boxset of Ross Noble's 'Randomist' tour at £14.99 is superb value.The actual show itself recorded in Newcastle is one of the greatest stand up shows I have ever seen.The fact that alot of Noble jokes are 'off the cuff' makes him unique,and in this show he is on stage for almost two and a half hours.
His live show in Melbourne isn't as good as Newcastle but his Highland Fling programme is great! :-)

I got this dvd for my girlfriend cos she thinks he is brill, we sat down to watch it on night and i have to say that we were very disapointed.
you would think it was filmed on a camcorder from someone sitting in the back row, and most of it is ross on his motorbike touring places who wants to watch that (not me). very poor qualitly and the sound is very bad i would return it if i could.
do not buy this rubbish.

A must have for all ross' fans, and an absolute bargain!!
I was literally squealing with excitement when i opened the parcel to find this dvd set! the packaging alone is fab. with a nifty fold out design, ross' personal drawings/scribbles and groovey artwork throughout - including a booklet which folds out into a poster and 2 postcards. I couldnt wait to watch it, and i wasn't dissapointed. Ross' usual hilarious observations are here along with his fascinating imagination and unique story telling. And with over 6 hrs of bonus material, where you see behind the scenes amongst lots of other stuff you just cant go wrong for £15! I would recommend this dvd to anyone who likes their comedy less mainstream and more alternative. But personally, i think anyone who watched this dvd would become an instant ross noble fan!!

Perhaps one of the best comedians in the world at the moment, Ross Noble is a very 'unique' guy that I quite simply cannot do justice with words. Randomist is the perfect way of describing this genius. This box set is incredible value for money with four live performances plus many additonal extracts from four other shows shown in a random order that are just as funny.

The duration says it all nearly 10 hours of comedy gold and at this price. No other comedian can match this offer. Buy this DVD and you'll love it forever. Satisfaction guarenteed.
