From Oscar winning director Adam Elliot comes Mary and Max a new feature film about two very different pen pals whose lives span 20 years and two continents featuring the voice talent of Philip Seymour Hoffman, Toni Collette, Eric Bana and Barry Humphries.

Mary and Max chronicles Mary's trip from adolescence to adulthood, and Max's passage from middle to old age and explores a bond that survives much more than the average friendship's ups-and-downs. Both hilarious and poignant Mary and Max is a journey that explores friendship, autism, taxidermy, psychiatry, alcoholism, where babies come from, obesity, kleptomania, sexual differences, trust, copulating dogs, religious differences, agoraphobia and many more of life's surprises.

When I first starting watching this I was abit sceptical but I really got into the plot line of it all, the characters are heart warming and the claymation is well done, it may seem like the person was possibly a beginner but I thought it was a excellent movie.

I would definately recommend it and can't wait for it to be released to dvd so I can add it to my collection

 Mind Blowingly Brilliant!

Once in a while a stand out movie will come along, a movie which really grips the viewers and shakes things up. Mary and Max does just that, it's a outstanding movie which really breaks all the rules. It is dark, it's dry, but hilarious from start to finish. Both Mary and Max's characters are well written, both three dimensional with great depth. This movie is brilliant start to finish, there is not a dull moment and with every passing second you grow even more attached to the screen. A must see movie, incredible.

 Brilliant, A must own!!

This is such a heart-rending film, the characters could be any one of us really. Full of good life advice and insights into how the world could be, maybe should be. I loved it, and have the soundtrack on permanent loop in my mind, along with Max's amazing voice.
