Dr. Hell has resurrected an ancient army of mechanical monsters to conquer the world. First he has to destroy the photon power lab and the one thing standing in his way: Mazinger! I loved it and would gladly give this 5 stars but it would be unfair on those of you who don't know the Mazinger series of the late seventies, which will probably be most of you. Mazinger was not released in the U.K. due to censorship, but I grew up in Spain where Mazinger was massive(in more ways than one). Well this is a continuation of the Mazinger Z series and they have nailed it on the head. A must for those of us who grew up watching Mazinger as kids. I am not going give anything away but all our favorites characters are back and ready for action, the comedy aspect from the original is still here even if it is a little bit more adult, and the drawings are fantastic, as I have said if you like Mazinger you will love this, if you don't know Mazinger you may still enjoy it
