I love this film and it never bores me. The idea of super fast zombies that don't stop running is very scary. I wish it was more like the original when the zombies are in the mall and they have to kill alot of them and then block off the entrances with lorries

This is a gd film but the reason i gave it 4 stars is because it is a remke of 28 days later but in america!!

If your a zombie fan then this film is for you.I really enjoyed this film, the zombies were amazing,acting was gd as well and the story was great.enjoy this film.

wat can i say its out there with all the rest aka, zombie diaries,land of the dead,return of the living dead 123, its a real gore movie if you like non stop action, blood & guts, horror screems, and zombies then this ones got ur name on it. and its written by georga romero

I love this film, it was amazing. The zombies are amazing. I just love it. The action was brillant and i just love it to much. It wasn't that scary to me but it was brillant. Zombies running, well..

As remakes go, this one couldn't be further from the original. Ok the basic premise of survivors holing up in a mall is there, but a lot of the originals social message about the rise of consumer culture and the American love of the mall is missed out.

We do have zombies on pcp though, fast and agile and more than capable of catching their prey as opposed to the ambling zombie archetype that we have grown to know and love.

The acting is solid enough and we have some great cameos from original cast members( think the cop that advises people to shoot them in the head and the man reading the message of when there is no more room in hell the dead will walk the earth).

Overall a good movie though the ending seems a little strange. Why walk away from somewhere that you could hole up in almost indefinitely into a city full of hungry zombies but hey, its Hollywood and the glorious escape works well.

This movie is brilliant it has exactly what a good zombies film needs: zombies that can move fast and show some intelligence. The blood, gore and explosions just adds to the brilliance of the film. Its one of the best zombie films made so far.

Some may say Romero is the king of the Zombie genre, I disagree. His zombies are nothing compared to these.

This film is exactly how a zombie film should be. Humans being chased by zombies who are just as fast as them. After all, what is the point in being scared of zombies if you can just walk past them? This makes the film more believable and a lot more exciting.

This film is action packed, very gory, comical and quite scary in some places. The characters are great and the story line is very good too. Everything you could hope for from a movie like this.

I have this, Director's Cut edition and it is one of my fave dvds'. A must see film and without a doubt my favourite zombie film to date.

A dreadful movie in its own right and a mis-guided concept, arranged by the money grabbing suits in Hollywood, to appeal to an undemanding hyper-consumer generation. If it were a good action flick, then it would only be passable, but it can't even manage that. Gone are all the subversive qualities of the original, replaced with infantile, cliched characters, and a feeble narrative. For those who call comic books "graphic novels" and have an attention span of a nanosecond. Which is bit of an irony, considering this version drags on and on. Go for the original and see how movies used to be about a reflection of society. If this passes for entertainment now, cinephiles are in serious trouble.
