Growing up together, Mitch (Ryan Reynolds) and Dave (Jason Bateman) were inseparable best friends, but as the years have passed they've slowly drifted apart. While Dave is an overworked lawyer, husband and father of three, Mitch has remained a single, quasi-employed man-child who has never met a responsibility he liked. To Mitch, Dave has it all: beautiful wife Jamie (Leslie Mann), kids who adore him and a high-paying job at a prestigious law firm. To Dave, living Mitch's stress free life without obligation or consequence would be a dream come true.

Following a drunken night out together, Mitch and Dave's worlds are turned upside down when they wake up in each other's bodies and proceed to freak the &*#@ out.

Body swap comedies are nothing new and to try and make it feels so is a hard task, but although the concept is nothing new, how the film is pulled off feels fresh. Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman are a brilliant double act, Batman being a family guy and Reynolds the layed about womanizer, so to have the roles swap is excellent ground to work on for some belly laughs. Thankfully the film does not miss any oppatunity to do so. There are so many laugh out loud moments in this film that also has some great dialog that's just as funny as the situations. The bonus of the unrated cruder cut is a must watch. To be honest I had read the mixed reviews that the film got on cinema release and was not expecting much, but I'm pleased the say The Change Up is one of the funniest well acted comedies in ages.

The storyline was superb if you like crude comedies and a laugh, well then this is a good watch once film , Ryan Reynolds and the agent from paul (and Also horrible bosses) star well together ones a player the others settled down with his wife (the ever sexy) leslie man, a toddler and set of twins pushing for partnership , crude jokes a sexy secretary Olivia Wilde and all in all a fun light hearted movie

I thought Change Upwas absolutely hilarious. I particularly liked how they chose two completely different actors Jason Bateman who is usually a hard worker in his films. With a good job, marriage and kids. Whereas Ryan Reynolds is more of the slob character who bags all of the girls who lives in a messy apartment stuff like that. This film collides he two. The two friends take a pee in. Fountain nd wish they had each others lives, the wish was a success. But this soon causes chaos between the friends when the fountain is moved to an indoor venue.

 Amazing

I totally loved this film!! Its def going on my list of favourites. I didnt expect much with the same old story line of people changing places but this is a whole new ball game, its a proper adult version of 'the switch', I laughed from start to end. This is not a chick flick I think men will also find it hilarious.
