Bridesmaids (Extended Edition)

There has not been too many great comedies this last year but the ones we have had have been very hit and miss, this by far is a massive HIT, a very funny and brilliantly written comedy with an amazing cast of some of the worlds funniest comedy actresses, this is two hours of total hilarity and at the same time a beautiful story, this film is miles better than the hangover 2, a very unique stylish film thats certainly worth a watch, money well spent.

This is the best film I have seen this year. I am getting married next year so went with my mum and maid of honour to get us in the mood. We laughed the whole way through and even in the car on the way home. Can't wait for it to be released on DVD as I will definitely be buying it - a must for a good laugh with the girls. Guys would like it too but I think girls can relate to it slightly better - no wonder it was described as a femal version of hangover. Fab film and the cast are amazing in it.

A must see film for both guys and girls (don't let the title put you off). Really laugh a minute stuff with some outragious moments that will have you squirming in your seat.

After spending years on the side lines Kristen Wiig finaly gets to get in the spot light in what is the best comedy of the year.
It seems to have been marketed has a womans version on The Hang Over which is ironic that released in the cinema a few weeks after Hang Over part 2 it managed to upstage it in every aspect. The truth is Brides Maids is a totally different animal. It's basically a chick flick that a bloke can relate to and enjoy just as much, as the story revolves around the build up to the Big day!
The cast is fantastic Wiig is perfect as Head Bride Maid but the rest of the cast are just as good. The jokes are brilliantly observed and at times side splitting as in the dress fitting sequence and the mix also the mix of whisky and calmers on a flight to the hen do!
But under the belly laughs and the gasps of aproval of dropping the "C" Bomb the film is also very sweet and the diologue is always seems very real, making everthing seem relevant. It may be a bit too long, but with such a good cast and fantastic one liners including the biggest laughs of the year, you cannot help enjoying every minute of the girls company.
On the Bonus features is the unrated version that re-inserts some of the scenes trimmed for the cinema release.
This is a brilliantly outrageously funny film and is a perfect tonic if you feel down in the dumps.
