  Best film of 2011 !!

By far the best Fast and Furious film they've made!! All the usual characters made a return and some more besides with the inclusion of Dwayne Johnson who plays the part of a FBI Special ops guy really well!! The film is set in Brazil and features some great scenery, awesome cars...added to this there is a great soundtrack throughout the movie and the jokes and chit chat throughout the film work well. They obviously worked hard on a believable script! having said that some parts of the film are ridiculous yet fun and full of action. Vin Diesel takes on the role of Dom once again and plays the part well.

Lots of Action, Lots of Cars, Lots of Guns, Lots of Women (forgive me i'm a guy), Great story line, awesome soundtrack...this has to be one of the best films of 2011!!! Added to all this it's at a great price!

Normally as the American bleed dry every francise like American Pie it get worse and I wasn't excited when I opened this on xmas day, but I watched it Boxing night and it is by far the best FaF film by a long way, the stunts are amazing and computer gameesque shoot outs make this more of a gun orientated film then a flat out driving film 10/10 [5/5]

I was sceptical on how much action was gunna be in this film and how much skilled driving was gunna be taken away, yes it was full of action but.. I loved it. It got me right from the beginning and enjoyed every moment of the film, great entertainment!!!!

Like many I was skeptical on how they could improve or maintain the storylines based on the previous ones, also the fact that I really enjoyed the last one! But this has done exactly that! It has a fantastic storyline, full of action and kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end!! Excellent performances by all involved!

  Best of the series

I went to watch this as I liked the originals but thought that the stoires were getting weaker and to be honest wasn't expecting a great film. How wrong was I. THis is probably the best of the bunch with a story involving cars rather than evolving around the cars. I like cars so don't think there are no seriously cool cars and driving on show, there is plently of both, it's just the story is stronger to go alongside it. The Rock is cool to go alongside the other leads. Getting many of the key characters (and actors) from the series involved was a great idea and added to the film. After a couple of poorer efforts (Tokyo Drift and the 4th) back totop form. Great film, buy it you won't be disappointed! (Plus another pumping soundtrack!!)

*The team are reunited for a job that will set them up. This time they are after a Huge Crime Lord in Brazil who has a lot of the local police force in his pocket!
*As you would expect, there's lots of action, fights, gun battles, fantastic scenery and of of course... some great car chases. The story quite easy to follow making this a good film to watch with friends. As you would expect it is a little cliche and far fetched but that's what makes it so entertaining.

A Great Action Movie For Petrol Heads!

Love 'em or hate 'em, the Fast and the Furious movies have started to go the distance now with the latest edition number 5. For critics, these films are the thorn in the side of "proper" cinema. For action movie fans who like car chase movies they are a reminder of the films we used to like as kids such as Smokey and the Bandit and Cannonball Run.
Although the first movie was a kind of remake of Point Break, substituting surfer dudes for boy racers (or Street Racers to correctly label them) it was entertaining enough and popular enough to spawn a sequel which was argubly better in terms of story and action, even if it did lack Vin Diesel's charm and appeal.
Tokyo drift was also a refreshing change and a different direction having nothing to do with the other movies at the time but now with part 4 and 5 bringing back characters from the other movies it finds it's place within the story line of the saga which at the moment is the final film in terms of time line continuity. There is another one in the pipeline which will probably see Michelle Rodriguez return as Letty. If you are wondering how since she apparently died in part 4, well just watch the post credits scene with Dwayne Johnson and Eva Mendez from part 2 to wet your appetites, coz it's going to happen soon. For now though just enjoy this slice of high octane action that carries on directly from part 4 seamlessly and quickly escalates into a balls out action version of the Italian Job remake but set in Rio de Janeiro for that tropical Latin flavour.
