The second part of Quentin Tarantino's deliriously stylish movie as The Bride (Thurman) continues her typically blood-soaked revenge quest...

Having killed two of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad, The Bride continues her mission to avenge the three remaining names on her death list that turned her El Paso wedding party into bloody carnage and left her for dead. Her attention turns to Budd (Michael Madson), Elle Driver (Daryl Hannah) and finally the corpse littered path leads to Bill (David Carradine). However, an unexpected survivor complicates matters...

The plot thickens as Uma Thurman returns as the Bride in QT's astonishing second part to volume one.

Volume Two keeps to the style of volume one but has an entirely different tone, where the first had a very eastern tone this has the western tone which really splits the movies in opinion even though they where originally to be intended as one.

Tarantino focuses more on his dialogue rather than action in this volume, lets face it, he went completley over the top, in a good way, in the first volume and here he delivers more charecter depth and answers to questions that where raised before hand.

Uma Thurman is once again on top form as well as an excellent Daryl Hannah in the role of Elle Driver, the brides nemesis, the two come sword to sword for one of the best fights in the entire Kill Bill series, Elle Driver is both darkly hilarious and very threatening, the eye patch adds to both the threat and hilarity.

The final confrontation to be honest for me was not so much a let down i just expected a bit more, other than that it was a great end to two movies.

Overall Kill Bill volumes one and two should be watched together as intended, this is the weaker of the two volumes but still very good with great direction, amazing story-telling and powerful performances. An instant classic from the best director of our time.

A brilliant sequel , which is just as captivating as the last , Its adivsible tho that you watch this film immediately after the first , Its just helps the flow of the story.

David Carradine's performance is superb along wth another dazzaling performance from Uma Thurman and Michael Madsen all making this movie pure gold.

I think just as good as the first, I could not choose which is better.
The second is not as violent as Volume One and there isn't as much action, but Volume two rounds up and finishes the story.
Quentin Tarantino is a great director, has he ever made a normal movie or a non-violent movie?
Overall he did well, the casting I don't think could have been much better, Uma Thurman did very, very well, I think everything was very near to perfect, but not quite five stars for me, maybe four and a half.

Well this tops the 1st one by miles!

I wrote a review on the first kill bill movie and said it was the best movie Tarantino had done.. i was wrong because he topped it again! This has more sense and the visuals are even more stunning than the first! Once again just buy it because you will not be disappointed.

The first film is a really well made action gore fest and a film i took a real liking to and thought the second part would have the problem of trying to emulate it. This one is a much calmer toned film as "The Bride" continues to knock off her targets on her hitlist including Bill...the fight between the two was short and anti climactic but was to be expected considering the tone of this film. If you like Quentin Tarantino helmed movies or quality movies in general then this has to be watched. Enjoy
