It's always said to be number 1 all the movies ever made in world but I wathed and Felt it was Slow Boring Tedious!!

I watched this after seeing loads and loads of great reviews, it seems to be number one on every film chart, i think gangster films are great, but this is just far to slow and boring, its below average, its not one star because i think the actors are pretty great and it does have a few good scenes, but its not as good as people make out

I had not seen any of the godfather films before, and was not the greatest fan of American/Italian gangster films. However this was an amazing film. It had everything I hoped it would have and more. With exciting, interseting and complex characters, who all grow, adapt, change or die throughout the film and storylines that are clever and un-predictable.

I got this film used for about £2.50 and it was a bargain, and is most deffinately worth a watch if you havent seen it before. I expected it to be a bit rubbish because it was old, but it wasnt at all.

Fantastic movie in my opinion the best ever movie in history, fantastic perfomances from Marlon Brando and Al Pacino and great supporting performances from James Caan, Robert Duvall, Talia Shire and Diane Keaton

The godfather is one of the worlds widely recognised movie franchises, The godfather features anamzing sroty full of twists and turns that will make you want to watch this movie again and again, I gaurantee you that every time you watch it you will spot something you missed last time.

Words cannot express how great this film is , Marlon Brando gives and fantastic performance along with Al Pacino and a cast full of colourful characters that you could imagine as real people , This Film will really make you an offer you cannot refuse!

This is my favourite movie. Flawless from start to finish with monumental performances from each and every cast member. Never before had a truly great book been bettered by its movie counterpart. Brilliant.

The Godfather - one of the most interesting and enthralling films to ever be made, the fact that it has stood the test of time proves that.
But this is more than a simple classic, it is a stirring and at times shocking look at the dealings of the american mafia. Mario Puzo's book is translated to the screen in spectacular fashion.
The acting is exceptional (Marlon Brando the standout here) but Pacino gets his moments to shine but it's not untill number 2 that he comes in to his own.
The plot is very slight, more a study of mafia life than a film portraying it.
The violence is brutal and bloody and the film has many moments that will shock even the hardest of viewers.
All in all this is one of the greatest achievements from Hollywood a strong and memorable portrayel on a business you may never refuse!

Marlon Brando, That's one reason right there to watch it Also with the once in a lifetime talents such as AL Pacino; How can you not want to buy this?
This is in my top ten of all time favourite movies, that's saying a lot considering how critical I can be with movies and TV Shows therefore that makes me very picky but after seeing "The Godfather" I couldn't find a bad word in me to say about this Classic.

At First I thought "How can a movie be that good". I honestly didn't understand what all the fuss was about. After watching it though my thoughts were I get it now. It truly is a classic that should not be missed by anyone.

The Mob movie over time has become very popular with people and the director had the idea to get classic actors in their prime and put them all into one movie we all know and love "The Mob Movie".

IF the mob movie is not your thing, you could watch it for the mind blowing acting of Mr Brando's portrayal of Don Corleone . It's the best acting I have ever seen.

This movie is considered to be the best movie of all time and I for one 100% completely agree with that statement.
