Best of the Best 1 had great stoyline to go with its action. Although the action in this is more brutal and the scenes are more serious this time around, the storyling lacks that certain something that the first had.
Chris Penn doesnt last long in this one, and his two best friends Alex (Roberts) and Tommy (P.Rhee) seek revenge.
Its nice that old faces are back. Alex's son has grown up and is the same kid from the first, which is nice. Dahan (S.Rhee) makes a welcome return and does an amazing spinning back kick. No James Earl Jones this time, which is a shame, but he wouldnt really fit into this gritter movie.
Its a good edition if you loved Best of the Best 1, but wouldnt hold up in its own right.
