Pushing the boundaries of fear, Mother's Day is an intense horror from director of Saw II, III, and IV and starring the legendary Rebecca De Morney (The Hand That Rocks The Cradle).

After a bank robbery goes seriously wrong, three sadistic, bloodthirsty, criminal brothers find themselves on the run. Their childhood home seems like the safest place to hide out. But a few things have changed, their mother has been evicted and the house is now occupied by a young couple and their birthday guests. Taken hostage, the new owners and friends are forced to endure a night of blood-drenched hell. Because mother's coming home to roost and her maternal instincts involve extreme torture and a taste for terror.

 Amazing

From start to finish I was hooked. The acting was great and I was not let down by Rebecca De Mornay being at her best like in the great The Hand That Rocks The Cradle. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

It is full of witty dialouge and some stand out shock moments so one for the horror fans

 THE MOTHER OF ALL HORRORS

I found this film quite an easy horror to watch, no jumps or scares but some gore, I found the plot was very simple yet effective and unpredictable, the film turned quite tense near the end. I would certainly recommend you give this a watch.

 Amazing

i really enjoyed this film, thought it was a very good story line and very graphic. but i don't think it should have had the ending it had, they should have left so there isnt a opening for a 2nd film .but all in all , i loved it

 Gripping!

Brilliant film - gripping from first until last. I left the cinema feeling physically exhausted! Well recommended!

 It's not that great :(

This film could have been pretty good, except it wasn't. There are a number of good moments though out the movie, along with some rather disturbing ones as well and Rebbeca D plays a decent psyho, but over all it was over long and part way through it seems about coming up with more and more inventive ways to torture people rather than any story (a lot like the later saw films!!) The Collector and Strangers are much better, by the end it felt more like a early 90's straight to dvd movie. Wait for it on Tv!
