this tv show has'nt dated the music is great the car is great and the episodes well written

I was a boy when i first saw this series and had forgot about it over time, as i was growing up. Now nearly thirty to see the complete series 1 boxset again was a blast from the past! This was a great tv show in the 80's and it still makes me feel like a boy- wishing i had a car like Kitt! Nice one Play.com 8dvd for a bargain price!

If there ever was a TV show that helped to define the 80's in the way TV was watched, then Knight Rider was one of them.

This show had heart, humour and action all in one. A good cast in David Hasselhoff, Edward Mulhare, Patricia McPherson and William Daniels as the voice of KITT despite not being credited as the voice of the car.

The car stunts in this debut season were considered revolutionary at the time and still look amazing today.

The chemistry between David and William is just brilliant, as they worked so well together with the bickering and the banter that they characters had.

One of the best highlights is the first appearance of KITT's evil twin in KARR, that was cool, because KARR was not like KITT at all, which lead to good moments of action where the two would confront each other.

It doesn't matter if you watched first time in the 80's or weren't born in the 80's; if you love action and adventure that is fun for all of the family, then this is the must-take-home DVD boxset for you.

Classic. This show is witty, funny and down right amazing. If you remember it and loved it buy it, if youve never seen it but want a show with action, humour and a bit of the hoff then you gota get it!!!! Dont hassel the hoff!!!!!
