Thunderbirds are GO!

International Rescue, run in secret by the Tracy family and led by Jeff (Bill Paxton), is permamently on standby to offer assistance when accidents and incidents threaten lives across the world. However, when the villainous Hood (Ben Kingsley) infiltrates the Tracy's clandestine island base and imprisons most of the family, who will rescue the rescuers? It's left to teenage Alan (Brady Corbet) and his similarly young friends to save the day!

Top 10 DVD Reviewer

Modern interpretation of the original cult sixties series. Bright, colourful romp that is bound to please the kids. For the adults amongst us, though, the film lacks anything to keep us amused, so this one is best on the TV to keep the kids amused while the adults do something else! For the die hard Thunderbirds fan, the film s a big letdown, because the story writers seem to have forgotten what it was all about and come out with something more akin to Spy Kids than to the original Thunderbirds. I have given it a three as an average! Young kids will give it more, and adults less.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars excellent!
