Until now I always thought that M.I.III could not been beaten in the series.... I was wrong. Ghost protocol out strips it in every aspect.
After the bombing of the Cremlin the I.M.F team are set up and must go rogue to clear their names and stop W.W.III. If you want bangs for the buck, this film out-do's all the summer block busters.
Don't go thinking this is going to be a Cruise vanity project as all the characters are relevant, Simon Pegg again joins the team, but in a bigger role, but also has brilliant comic timing. Jeremy Renner again is excellent as the new team member that carries alternative motives. The movie is full of jaw dropping excellent action sequences that never stop, it's the most exciting, vertigo inducing movie in ages. The thrills just don't end from start to finish, add all this together and you get the best film in the series and the best action film of the year. Bond seriously has to pull out all the stops in 2012's Skyfall to beat this.
See If you like.........
Mission Impossible 1 - 3
Casino Royale.
Quantum of Solace.

The Sum Of All Fears.

for his greatest mission yet, firstly the storyline was great very good action scenes and the stunts are breath taking, tom cruise really pulls out all the stops in ghost protocal, last year when this was released id say it was the best movie of the year after fast and furious 5, i recomend buying this on blu ray to get the best expierence and u wont regret it 10/10
When the IMF is implicated in an attack on the Kremlin Ethan Hunt and his team are forced to go rouge in order to clear their name and prevent nuclear war.
As with most big-budget blockbusters there are a few things that don't really add up if you think about them too much but it is easy to forgive any plot holes in a movie that is so entertaining. The Mission Impossible franchise is of course famous for its plethora of outrageous gadgets and they are put to use here to create some fantastic set pieces, including the much talked about scene in which Hunt scales the Burj Khalifa in Dubai using only a pair of prototype adhesive gloves. Refreshingly CGI free it is a rare joy to behold such impressive stunt work.
The chemistry between the small team, on whom much of the movie focuses, is also very good. Benji (Simon Pegg) is given more screen time providing genuine comic relief and the addition of Brandt (Jeremy Renner) as a more down to earth, but equally effective, agent adds a further dimension to proceedings.
All in all Ghost Protocol is an excellent addition to the series and proof that there is still plenty of life left in Mission Impossible yet.
