Young bootlegger Rooster (Big Boi) and undertaker's son Percival (Benjamin) are best friends from childhood, but adult life has become woefully complex: Rooster's wife despises his life at the nightclub Church, Percival is stuck taking care of his depressed father, and an ambitious gangster (Terrence Howard) kills Rooster's mentor to take over the gangster's bootlegging operation.
The arrival of a high-handed cabaret singer (Paula Patton) may help Rooster save Church, but when she and Percival fall in love, troubles multiply!

If u like outkast and there music you will have a better experiance, i really am not a fan of musicals, but this i did enjoy. yeah i like outkasts's music but the film itself is good, if you dont like musicals but like them u have to watch it, if you like musicals but dont like them you should still watch it, you like both musicals and them then again you MUST watch it then.

its a brilliant film if you like andre 3000 and big boi and there music! if you dont like outkasts music then this aint the film for! for big bois first time acting in a film he done a good job! if you like outkast then this is a must see!
