The year is 2058. With Earth's resources dwindling human survival depends upon the Robinson Family, launched into space to colonise 'Alpha Prime', the only other inhabitable planet in the galaxy. But when a stowaway sabotages the mission, the Robinson's find themselves hurtling through uncharted space and non-stop adventure!
Starring Gary Oldham, William Hurt, Matt LeBlanc, Mimi Rodgers and Heather Graham, 'Lost In Space' will rocket the entire family into a new dimension of fun!

i was so excited about seeing this-what a mistake.none of the charm ,cheese, wit of the series, plot is typical nuclear dysfunctional squabbling family type american thing.the jupiter 1 from the original series looks great then it morphs into the awful looking jupiter 2.plot is full of holes, acting variable.only reason to watch is heather graham in a space suit.i rest both my cases.

I wasn't keen on this film when it was first released, but as I watched it more and more and got hang of the storyline, It's an average film, Fairly cheesy in places though, Matt Le Blanc does overact in a fair few places, which is unfortunate, but Gary Oldman redeems the film in places, a watchable film.
