Tom Six's follow up to the cult horror smash hit of 2010 ups the ante with a brute force unparalleled in film today. The iconic Dr. Heiter has inspired a real-life protege, the sickly, disturbed car park attendant - Martin - who takes his gory inspiration from the original film to horrific new extremes!

Martin, a mentally disturbed loner who lives with his nagging mother on a bleak London council estate, where loud neighbours and squalid living conditions threaten to plunge this victim of sexual and psychological abuse over the edge. Working the night shift as an attendant at an underground car park, he indulges his obsession with The Human Centipede (First Sequence) watching the film over and over on a laptop in his office and meticulously examining the scrapbook he has lovingly filled with memorabilia from the film, including the ass-to-mouth surgery instructions made famous by Dr. Heiter, the mad scientist from Martin's favourite movie.

Pushed to the brink by his harridan mother and haunted by the teasing voices of his abusive and imprisoned father, Martin sets into motion his plan to emulate Heiter's centipede by creating his own version. In a rented warehouse, he begins to acquire victims, including his loud, violent neighbour, a prostitute and her lecherous client, and several more... including Martin's pièce de résistance, one of the actresses from The Human Centipede (First Sequence). Although lacking the medical skills of his hero, Martin soldiers on with grotesque DIY gusto, along with a healthy supply of duct tape, household tools and staple guns!

What follows is one of the most harrowing and terrifying films ever conceived, featuring a central character that makes Dr. Heiter seem tame in comparison. The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) is a triumph in biological horror by one of the new masters of the horror film.

Tom Six has outdone himself with part 2, the original was shocking and very original, well made and a fresh change from the usual run of horror films, but part 2 certainly takes the story to a very dark place, this is a must for true lovers of the original and people who like their films to push the boundaries of what is right, there is no holds barred here with graphic violence and disgusting vile torture etc, even though this version is cut its still very extreme and will sicken most people, I personally think the director is genius, pushing the limits sometimes is what horror needs, the fact that the movie is in black and white works well too, all the tones and lighting are creepy and effective, they certainly picked the right cast especially the lead actor who is amazingly someone you never want to meet (creepy guy) at the end of the day your either going to hate it and think what was the point, or you will love it and when it ends take a deep breath and think wow how can there possibly top that onslaught of depravity, its certainly not for the faint hearted but us horror fans should at least appreciate what Tom Six is trying to give us, roll on part 3 if it will possibly ever see the light of day.

 One leg too many.....

A disappointing addition to the the first film, I think the director was looking for an artistic approach to gratuitous violence with the use of Black and White, but this second instalment fails miserably. The story line lacks momentum, but I must say that the main lead was well chosen. I know this to be the edited version, although there is a scene that should not have seen the light of day, so the censors slipped up there. If your looking for the same feel and visuals as the first movie, then look away, this really is nothing more than an exercise in fake blood and bound bodies.

 sick/twisted and brilliant

well what can i say about HC2.most people thought the first film was sick but this is 10 times worse.again writer and director tom six pulls out all the stops. forget the twisted and sick screenplay and the vile content and enjoy this film.most people i know said they found it unwatchable yes i have to agree but its my cup of tea.i wont go in to the story because it would take to long to explain.only watch this film if you can take gore and vile sick content.its definately not going to be everybodys cup of tea thats for sure.this uk version is cut by 2min 34secs there is a unrated region 1 version which i would recommmend but not for the sqeamish and it might be a good idea to have a bag in case you get sick if you watch it.

This is a brilliant follow on from the first film, smoothly opening the way for the main character to play out his fantasy after becoming obsessed with the Human Centipede 1.
The casting is brilliant, you most definitely wouldn't want to run into this man down a dark alley....or anywhere else for that matter.
The depravity and degredation is right up my street and anything less would have been a disappointment.
I absolutely love it and cannot wait for the third installment :))))
